INS Sudlows appreciates that modern offices are now moving towards constant operation 24 hours a day. As part of our maintenance package, we are able to offer a 24 hour Call out service for any unforeseen circumstances that may come up during the evening or at weekend. Load Testing
Overloading on individual circuits or to areas is a common problem when additional equipment has been installed within properties on an ad hoc basis without proper connection surveys. INS sudlows will carry out a survey checking all loadings at each circuit and compile a report on the condition including any recommendations required.

As part of our services we can also offer a full test and service package for nurse call systems giving you the peace of mind that the system is working as intended. A report and log book will be issued on completion.

CAD Design and Electrical Layout Drawings
Due to a significant proportion of offices and buildings without an accurate and up-to-date electrical record as part of their testing programme, INS Sudlows can carry out a survey and produce a CAD drawing clearly illustrating your electrical layout with circuit identification so any future maintenance or repair can be carried out without disrupting any areas.
