Test Equipment
Our support offering is uniquely tailored to the
exact business requirements of each customer. We are able to provide
response and fix times from two working hours, next business day
or next scheduled site visit depending on the severity and nature
of the requirement. In the extreme case of a business critical incident
we can provide qualified staff onsite within hours.
Once a call is received via telephone or the web
interface it is prioritised by the helpdesk operative and an initial
response time is assigned. The customer is then contacted at the
appropriate time and the operative works with the customer to attempt
to resolve the issue within the defined timeframe of the support
incident.
